Appearance: Fleur is moderately tall and thin, graceful, and Veela gorgeous (due to her grandmother) with long, silvery-blonde hair. Her smile, when she uses it, is lovely, though when she frowns she could certainly cause a person to cringe.

Family: Father Gerard, mother Apolline, sister Gabrielle, husband Bill Weasley, and therefore now a member of the vast Weasley clan.

History: Fleur and Bill married before the war, sheltered the trio, and when Bill was called to go help with the Hogwarts battle, she went along as well. Considering the fact that she was in the Tri-Wizard Tournament and is hardly a dainty princess when it comes to spells and fighting, she felt it was her duty to fight on the side of good. Before the battle itself, she did as she has learned to do with awkward moments and dispelled one by asking Lupin about Teddy when Percy Weasley had returned to his family. During the fight, she displayed as much courage as her husband, and emerged rather unscathed save for a few marks that healed or will soon.

Recent Past: In the time since the end of the battle, Fleur has been with her husband, occasionally going with him to visit Fred in St. Mungo's. She is, however, unhappy with her situation. The more time she spends alone with Bill, the more odd she feels, and she is still trying to pinpoint the source of the problem.

Personality: High strung, high maintenance, slightly stuck up, very full of herself, though being around Bill has made her less so. Fleur is, however, very loving towards those she cares about, which includes her family (both blood relations and the Weasleys).

Strengths: Exceptional fighter, excels in charms, part Veela and therefore able to attract men of all ages, speaks fluent French.

Weaknesses: Rather critical of others – although not necessarily as verbal as she used to be. Still does not speak English fluently, and doesn't care. Her personality could be considered a weakness as well at times.

Habits: Fleur has this habit of "needing to go for a walk" if she wants to avoid a conversation or subject. She also primps a bit more than she needs to, and tends to look away from anything she deems undesirable or ugly whether she is consciously aware of it or not.
